Bread & Buns is the third in a series of cookbooks by this author. This instalment is a crash course in the art of bread-making, meant to both enrich the reader's understanding of the process, and inspire their creativity. The book begins with a short background about the science and the history of bread making and builds on this knowledge in the recipes that follow. The recipes themselves are a rich combination of traditional German techniques fused with the influence of Jamaican culinary practices. They are tasty, easy to follow, and nutritious.
