"The presented collection of studies by several authors is an attempt at a multi-level analysis of the contemporary and newest issues of "Public and civil service in Poland". This is the result of several years of research conducted at the Faculty of Law and Economics of Jan Długosz University as well as many other law schools across Poland. The Authors of the monograph endeavoured to present legal and organizational solutions in the field of public and civil service in Poland. The argument in favour of the choice of particular problems was their social significance and usefulness.
