Written as a complement to her book, Jennifer's Choice: A Right to Die Story, Dawn Stilwell has created a journal out of her own experience with anticipatory grief as she watched her sister die from inflammatory breast cancer. Dawn has put together the type of resource she would have appreciated having access to when she was going through her grief journey. Not only are there plenty of pages for sharing your thoughts and feelings in journal form, there are many pages with prompts to help you sort out the myriad of emotions that can be spurred during anticipatory grief. It is Dawn's hope that this journal with prompts will prove valuable should you find yourself on your own anticipatory grief journey.
