This is a true story about a middle aged man who, quite unexpectedly, found himself taking on a running challenge for which he was pitifully ill-equipped. It follows the drama of his feeble first efforts with friends, through the shared failures and successes, and describes the many strange occurrences and laughs encountered along the way.
