AJ Dungo
AJ Dungo is an American illustrator and surfer based in Los Angeles. He is best known for his graphic novel In Waves (2019), which intertwines the history of surfing with a personal narrative of love and loss. Dungo's work has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, The New Yorker, and Bleacher Report. He holds a degree from the ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena. Originally from Fort Myers, Florida, Dungo now resides in Los Angeles, where he continues to create and engage with the surfing community.
