Anastasia Zolotarev is an Eastern European–Australian cookbook author, recipe developer, and food writer. Raised between Belarus and Ukraine, she moved to Australia and later appeared on MasterChef Australia. Her debut international cookbook Sour Cherries and Sunflowers celebrates the flavors and culinary traditions of her heritage.
