Multimedia Event Detection

Multimedia is the display and combination of text, images, audio and video with link- ages and tools that allow people to access, cooperate, establish and interact with one another using a computer. To begin with, there should be a machine that can organise and convey what you see and hear. Multimedia contrasts with media that rely solely on computer displays, such as text or traditional written and hand-made content. Video could be captured and played, viewed, communicated with or accessed by information content processing tools, such as computerized or electronic devices, but may also be part of live performance. The digital systems is for storing and viewing multimedia content in electronic media (Djeraba et al., 2006). Multimedia is differentiated in fine art from mixed media; for example, it has a wider scope by including sound. The vari- ous applications of multimedia data are engineering, business, art, education, research, medicine, advertisements, spatial temporal applications etc.
