The Internal Work of the Style
(Author) Claudio Fabbricatorethe Seven-Star Praying Mantis style is a traditional Chinese Kung Fu Style which originated at the end of the Míng dynasty in Yāntái, in Shāndōng province, northern China. Our style was so lucky as to be able to include among its theoretical writings an entire volume about an ancient Qì Gōng routine, the "少林衣钵真传 - Shào Lín Yī Bō Zhēn Chuán - Canon of the real transmission of Shào Lín, attributed to the Taoist/ sage 升霄道人 - Shéng Xiāo and represents a true treasure, never revealed to western practitioners. I tried to put into perspective the hermetic teachings of Taoist practice of this ancient text with the teachings of traditional Chinese medicine, correlating them also with the exercises I already know, to get the maximum result in practice. I hope I succeeded at least in part.
