Oscar V: Taking the Fifth, is the fifth book in the Oscar series. These 68 cartoons are from the panel cartoon, "Oscar" created by cartoonist, Rex A. Jones. Oscar, is a charismatic big green parrot with a larger than life personality, a sharp tongue, a quick wit, and a wicked attitude. He is joined by his mate Hortense, and his offsprings, Nugget and Daisy, as these fids (feathered kids) outwit, bemuse, and bewilder their parronts (parrot parents), Rex and his wife Judy.
