Eight damaged women plus one ex-Army Officer and a closed holiday resort. Something's going to change. Deep in the South of France, between Narbonne and Carcassonne lies the holiday resort of L'Abeille Nue. In summer, it is a place full of sunshine, warmth and happy laughter. Eight women, all slightly damaged by trying to match the idealised image of the perfect woman, get off a bus from the airport. A couple of them were sent by their loved ones. Some came of their own accord. One has been sent by her boss. The last has been sent to spy by her husband, or has she? What is going to happen to these women While Bees Sleep?
