Freckles Goes to Washington, D. C. is the second book in the series about a loveable cockerspaniel named Freckles. Most people don't know about the famous Pet's Gallery which is located in the White House. Freckles wins a contest naming the pets who belonged to Presidents of the United States and lived in the White House along with their famous owners. In addition to a medal for winning the contest, Freckles gets a special tour of our nation's Capitol.
