Picasso Was a Punk

Det. Sgt. Joe Scanlon is a tough Philadelphia copy called to the scene of a crucifixion murder of a young African-American boy. Minutes later he is dispatched to the double homicide of a rich, Main Line white couple at the Art Museum. Scanlon and his partner, Clay Matthews, try to solved the cases before the city erupts into a race war. The trail leads to a serial killer but not before a second boy is found crucified in Fairmount Park.
