Akshaya Kamalnath

Akshaya Kamalnath is an Associate Professor at the Australian National University (ANU) College of Law, specializing in corporate law, corporate governance, and corporate insolvency. She holds a PhD from Deakin University, an LLM from New York University, and a BA.LLB (Hons) from NALSAR University of Law in India. Prior to academia, she practiced at a leading corporate law firm in India.
