Lullabies of Mercy

I invite you to take a minute and turn off the radio of public opinion. Press the off button on the remote that controls the VCR of family traditions and prejudices. Hang up the telephone. Put the pager and cell phone on "All Silence" for a minute. And quietly listen to the Lullabies of Mercy ministered by Christ Jesus himself. They offer comfort and, you will never forget the feeling you will feel when you read them for the first time. Thank God for Calpatrick Robertson who had the courage and fortitude to pen God's mercies for the African-American Same Gender Loving person. But, lest you think these lullabies too specific, they speak of the unconditional love of God for God's people. That means you!
