In this volume, poet and philosopher Jennifer Lisa Vest explores history, ancestry, racism, identity, traditonal culture, modernity, sexuality, gender, indigeneity and blackness thought the lens of hybridity and mulitipositionaity. She names and claims, decries and protests the histories of her people in a effort to teach the beauty of oneness through a celebration of difference.
