INTRODUCTORY COMMENTS I intend that the reader be able to read each poem, independently, dropping in and out of the volume as he or she pleases. It is also possible to read these poems in the sequence of a story line that belongs both to the author and the reader. We all live in the context of the movement of seasons. All of us seek and need a place, a profound belonging on this earth, and that belonging is not just about geography, but about people. Cheers. (LH)
