Andy Husbands is an award-winning chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author best known for his expertise in barbecue and live-fire cooking. He co-authored Pitmaster: Recipes, Techniques, and Barbecue Wisdom, a widely praised guide to American barbecue. Husbands is also the chef/owner of The Smoke Shop BBQ restaurants and a former contestant on Hell’s Kitchen.
